A unique sign language environment addressing the special needs of deaf, hard of hearing and non-verbal adults with developmental disabilities and additional sensory impairments.

 

PCSS functions as a stepping stone to assist adults with developmental disabilities and communication challenges advance toward self sufficiency. Clients are supported by both deaf and hearing staff who assist them with achieving personal goals and gaining independence. Sign Language, which is used at all times in the presence of Deaf, Hard of Hearing and non-verbal service users, is what sets this agency apart from other community living agencies.
